•   Physical effect

First of all, there are eye problems.

Addicts concentrate on the screen by long hours and focus on the screen for many hours without rest . This  screen is constantly  releasing radiation. So it causes the problems of short-sight and dry eye.

Internet addicts  tend to always sit in front of the screen and hardly spare time to have exercises. Addicts may suffer  symptoms of cramps on their hands, fingers or feet. 
Also, It increase probability of sickness such as heart attack.  

   

 

• Psychological effect

Internet game addiction may cause violent psychological effect.

It leads addicts to commit crimes and serious problems.

Online game contains many violent elements, so it gives negative effect on people.

 

There are also problem of  lack of communication skills. 

Addicts always focusing on playing game, so they seldomly communicate with others emotionally. 

It interfere their social relationships a lot.
